No need to get more specific, right?
When it’s time to grab a hef for the warm weather, make sure to hunt down one of these. It is about as good a hef you can get. It pours a wonderfully enticing hazy golden orange color. Banana and clove are clearly present in this brew. The flavor hits your taste buds quickly, and hang around for a while. They coat your tongue in a way that you’ll remember the flavor for minutes on end. If you pay attention, you should even be able to notice a presence of bubble gum flavoring at the end. All in all, do us all a favor and drink this goodness up. It’s all that really needs to be said.

First of all, we came across an awesome place called City Street Bar. Imagine a liquor store and bar, in one. Carrying only the best of the best. Well, this is where we found Matilda.
So, how did this beer catch our gaze? It had to be the label. At first glance we mistook it for wine. This was easy to do since they clearly take design cues from wine marketing. A great idea. Lucky for us, even the beer inside was as interesting as the label. A very nice Belgian ale. One we’d definitely get again.
If you want to introduce someone to different beers, try and trick them with this one. They won’t know what hit them.

Summer in Santa Barbara is a great time to drink beer. Great weather and great people. What more could you ask for?
A White Ale fits great for the vibe that summer time gives off. It’s hot, so you want something drinkable and refreshing. The citrus in this is great. You’ll also notice some great choice of spices like coriander and chamomile.
Now you have to drink this one right. Make sure your outside sitting under the beautiful sun. Surround yourself with people you love. Crack one of these open, and fill up your glass. Say cheers, and get to drinking.

We love IPAs. While they might take a while for people to get used to, the end result is well worth it. A strong hoppy beer is always a treat.
So how does Lagunitas IPA hold up to this great style of beers? Let’s just say it does a pretty damn good job. It pours a great yellow amber color. Looks great in a pint glass. Citrus and floral aromas hit your nose quite quickly. It does a great job of foreshadowing the flavors that are about to hit your taste buds. Good tones of citrus and an ample amount of hops make this brew a great one to enjoy.
Never tried an IPA before? Try this one out for size. Yes it’ll be bitter, but you’ll learn to love it. Trust us.
