Saboteur is one of those solid, heart warming beers. The kind you want to drink by the fireplace. Pretty sure a smoking jacket would accentuate the great vibe going on as well.
It’s easy to see this straight from the beginning. From first pour your eyes are greeted with a deep ruby red color. The tan frothy head on this is a great contrast for a great looking beer. It’ll take a few gulps before you start to really understand. Its malt presence is well known throughout this beer. Cherries stuck out to me, giving it a nice tart bite.
Odell impresses us once again. Can’t wait to see what they have up their sleeve for next time.
