Chimay (Red)
Chimay (Red)
Chimay is damn good. That’s really all that needs to be said.
While this gem is not as good as it’s sibling (Blue), it’s a great addition to the family. It poured a cloudy brown hue, with a delectable tan head. I love sharing this one with my non-beer drinking friends. Most of them don’t like beer because they don’t know any better. This can be a great eye opener for many of them.
I mean come on. Who couldn’t help but enjoy a tasty glass of Chimay. Preferably from the one and only Chimay chalice of course. If you don’t have one, a wide wine glass we’ll do the trick. Try to enjoy this one in a glass other than your standard pint. Only thing I wish from this review was that we had more than one bottle to share.
