Quilmes
Quilmes
The name Quilmes makes me think of a quill. Which then leads me to believe that this is a sophisticated pinky up drink. Sadly, it isn’t. It’s a mediocre “Argentinian” beer. The color is of a light golden hue, with enough carbonation to burn away your tongue. Fine, maybe that’s a little intense, but you get the idea. The aroma wasn’t too horrible, which was a pleasant surprise. It smelled like a by the book lager, with floral hints floating around the air.
On the bright side, this beer did a pretty good job of quenching my thirst. It was a pretty warm day, and what else beats a nice cold beer? Well, a nicer cold beer, but I made it through with one of these. Anyways, I know what you’re wondering. Should you try it? Eh. If it’s right in front of you. Otherwise, spend your money elsewhere.
