60 Minute IPA

I’m quite fond of this beer. First off, it’s great. We don’t need to make this complicated, this is just a good beer. Anytime this is on tap, I make sure to order it.

I was rummaging through a drawer the other day and came across a receipt. It was from one of my favorite bars in Vegas called Pour 24 (Hi Heather! :)). What did I order? One of these bad boys of course. I’m not sure if I need to frame this gem, or clean out my drawers more often. O well. So what makes this one so tasty? Well the hops are right on par. Clearly present, but not overwhelming. The hue is quite pleasing to the eyes, and you might have a hard time looking away. Close your eyes and drink it already. Even beer doesn’t like to be stared at. This is a great IPA to start newcomers on. I brought it to a party this past week. I didn’t bring any back. End of story.
